About our meeting.

Assalammualaikum,  

         Every start of event or program, each group must do meeting for planning about something important in the group or in the event. Among to the meeting is about how to get success in the program is about planning, financial, group work and assignment division. In our group, we do meeting in several times to get success in our program. We must have programme manager, assistant manager, secretary, treasurer and committee. I as a program manager must give instruction to the other member for division of work. As a program manager i must monitor all team member while do a works to know how the progress of our group in achievement of the event.

             Important of meeting is to know a progress and do a work properly because when we do a discussion we have linked all of the 13th brain members to creating a thoughtful idea. As a smart student nurse, all meeting have a advantages and disadvantages. All advantages in our meeting or group we must improve and get it to the future idea or future plan. For the disadvantages, as a program manager i must do improvement and get know what and how to solve the disadvantages to avoid the matter repeating in the future in our group.
